Main requirements:
- Solid SQL skills

- Experience with web services and integrations (REST/SOAP over HTTP)

- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
- Genuine interest in improving software use for businesses
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with advanced system configurations and database queries using SQL
- Lead configuration and implementation of business systems for new and existing customers
- Collaborate closely with developers to refine products based on user needs
- Handle urgent customer cases and strategic system enhancements
- Participate in major system upgrades and onboarding projects, sometimes during evenings or nights
