Multiply Teknik & IT AB is seeking a technically skilled and method-driven Business Analyst with a background in embedded software and hardware development and experience with PLM/PDM systems. The role involves developing and formalizing methods and workflows for describing embedded systems in product data environments, coaching development teams, promoting best practices, and driving continuous improvement. The candidate should have a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, strong communication and pedagogical skills, and be fluent in English. The position is full-time, hybrid with 4 days onsite weekly, and occasional full-week onsite work during key phases.
