Hydroscand, a leading supplier of hoses and piping components with a presence in over 20 countries, is seeking an Application Manager for Dynamics 365. This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing the company's Dynamics 365 solutions during the transition from AX to D365, coordinating IT functions and projects, and ensuring system quality and compliance.
Main requirements:
- Several years of experience in application management within Dynamics 365
- Experience coordinating IT functions and projects
- Experience managing external suppliers and monitoring delivery according to agreed goals and KPIs
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity and its impact on business systems
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing solutions within Dynamics 365
- Ensuring high quality solutions that meet business needs
- Participating in projects and acting as contact person for Dynamics 365 related issues
- Maintaining up-to-date system documentation in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinating with external suppliers and driving Dynamics 365 usage optimization
