Experienced Agile Management consultants wanted to work with a wide variety of clients and industries, challenging existing processes and driving change to eliminate dependencies and inefficiencies.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years experience in one of the roles: Agile Coach, Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Change Leader.
- Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies.
- Preferably experience coaching multiple teams.
- Experience in different industries and large, complex organizations is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a broad range of clients and industries.
- Challenge existing processes and drive change.
- Eliminate dependencies and inefficiencies.
Required hard skills:
- Agile coaching and management expertise.
- Certifications in Agile roles such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Product Owner, etc.
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience coaching multiple teams.
- Familiarity with various industries and large-scale organizational contexts.
Soft skills:
- Ability to drive change.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Adaptability to different client needs and environments.
Frameworks:
- Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or similar
Natural languages:
- Swedish (Advanced)
- English (Proficient)
