We are seeking a technically skilled problem solver with a strong interest in IT support. As a 2nd Line Support Technician, you will be part of our client's team, contributing to a smooth and efficient IT environment.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in 2nd line IT support or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of Windows environment, Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in troubleshooting network and hardware issues.
  • Basic understanding of IT security and server administration.
  • Ability to work structured and independently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and service-oriented attitude.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues including networks, applications, and systems.
  • Manage and administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Handle complex IT-related cases and liaise with suppliers.
  • Utilize automation through PowerShell.
  • Support and collaborate with 1st line support to efficiently resolve incoming issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to process and system improvements.
  • Document and create user guides as needed.
