Main requirements:
  • Technical understanding and comfort in a role combining customer contact and problem solving
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Previous experience working closely with customers in a service-oriented manner
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage incoming calls and emails from technicians
  • Provide technical support to contractors working on fiber networks across Sweden
  • Ensure high quality in support systems and update registers
  • Document cases and contribute to improvements in work processes
