Main requirements:
- Technical understanding and comfort in a role combining customer contact and problem solving
- Good computer and system skills
- Previous experience working closely with customers in a service-oriented manner
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage incoming calls and emails from technicians
- Provide technical support to contractors working on fiber networks across Sweden
- Ensure high quality in support systems and update registers
- Document cases and contribute to improvements in work processes
