Technician in 2nd Line Support

Centric is looking for a support technician with at least two years of experience in IT support at the 2nd line level for an assignment with a client needing to strengthen their 2nd line support team. The role involves handling and resolving incidents and problems escalated from 1st line, working closely with the business via phone, remote, and onsite support. The work includes troubleshooting, daily installations, maintenance, security solutions, and support for equipment, systems, and applications like Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
Main requirements:
  • At least two years of experience in similar 2nd line IT support tasks
  • Minimum five years of experience working in IT
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Structured thinking with attention to detail
  • Technically knowledgeable and a true team player
Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and resolving incidents and problems escalated from 1st line support
  • Troubleshooting complex issues with thorough analysis
  • Performing daily installation, service maintenance, and security solutions
  • Providing support for equipment, systems, and applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune
  • Working closely with the business via phone, remote access, and onsite visits
Required hard skills:

  • Experience with Windows Server 2016 and newer – setup and maintenance
