Main requirements:
  • Higher education in IT or equivalent experience
  • Experience planning and executing software tests and analyzing test results
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as JMeter or Playwright
  • Experience working in agile, team-based environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
  • Solution-focused and curious mindset with personal drive to develop and take responsibility for successful deliveries
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and perform manual and automated tests on software applications
  • Analyze and evaluate test results
  • Verify both functional and non-functional requirements including load and performance
  • Contribute to builds and software deliveries
  • Work actively in agile teams collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
  • Drive efficient and standardized test practices within teams and department
  • Participate and share expertise in competence groups to advance departmental capabilities
  • Take responsibility for quality assurance and automation of delivery processes
