As a Support Technician, you will be involved in all steps concerning the implementation, development, and management of the customer's systems and services. You will work with receiving, registering, categorizing, and prioritizing cases via phone, portal, and email, from customers, internal and external users.

Responsibilities:
  • Resolve incoming cases with customer service and security as top priorities
  • Handle orders such as permissions and accounts
  • Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in cooperation with customers' system and technical managers, both internally and with suppliers
  • Continuously contribute to improving daily and long-term work and take responsibility for own development
  • Contribute expertise to the team
