Main requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems
- Assist users with questions about computers, networks, email, and software
- Install and configure software and equipment
- Log cases in the company’s ticketing system
- Escalate advanced issues to the next support level
Required hard skills:

- Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
