Join Bastard Burgers to build the future digital guest experience. We are seeking a Technical Product Owner for our IT team to play a key role in driving and developing our sales platform, including Oracle Simphony and related integrations like Future Ordering, Deliverect, and ComoSense, aiming to create a seamless and scalable experience for guests and employees.
Main requirements:
- Analytical and structured, capable of managing complex system environments.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and communicating technical matters clearly.
- Long experience with sales systems, preferably Oracle Simphony or similar POS systems.
- Familiarity with integrations to payment systems, online ordering, and delivery platforms.
- Experience in maintenance work and documentation.
- Understanding of restaurant operations and guest experiences is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and future-proof sales systems including Oracle Simphony, apps, online ordering, and payment systems.
- Set up and optimize sales activities and campaigns within systems.
- Ensure system stability and performance through continuous follow-up.
- Proactively identify and drive improvement proposals to ensure stable operations and better business support.
- Document and improve support and maintenance processes.
- Communicate changes and campaigns to restaurants and offices to guarantee the best user experience.
Required hard skills:
- Experience with Oracle Simphony or similar POS sales systems.
- Knowledge of integration with payment systems and online ordering platforms.
- System maintenance and documentation skills.
