Main requirements:
- Technical post-secondary education or equivalent experience, preferably in the carton, printing, or converting industry
- Good technical understanding relevant to the industry
- Very good spoken and written skills in Swedish and English
- Experience in customer dialogue, complaint handling or technical customer support is meritorious
Responsibilities:
- Investigate, administer and follow up on complaints
- Provide technical support during customer visits and in dialogue with sales and production
- Give technical advice and information about products to customers and sales
- Gather and communicate customer requirements, complaint status, and special requests to relevant departments
- Participate in quality and product development projects when applicable

- Technical knowledge in carton/printing/converting industry
