An experienced system administrator position within a production-related IT team, responsible for managing critical IT systems supporting life-saving processes. The role involves coordinating maintenance, development, ensuring compliance, and leading digital transformation initiatives in a collaborative and continuously improving environment.
Main requirements:
- Academic background in natural sciences/information technology or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in production or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry or similar regulated environments
- Proficient in documentation preparation and compilation
- Experienced user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Methodical and structured work approach in complex environments
- Experience in change management and coordination of technical teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth, secure operation of critical IT systems aligned with business needs
- Coordinate and drive system operations, maintenance, and further development with system owners and delivery organizations
- Ensure adherence to regulations and procedures
- Serve as contact point and specialist for support and troubleshooting
- Coordinate management meetings, handle documentation, permissions, and validation
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams
- Contribute to planning and budgeting in the area
- Drive digital transformation initiatives combining future focus with operational presence
