Responsibilities:
  • Provide varied Level 2 support and extended Level 2 support at customer sites
  • Set up and establish support structures for infrastructure, database, and network areas
  • Work closely with a team of about 40 people across multiple locations, primarily in Linköping Mjärdevi
  • Support organization’s IT based on needs and match roles to knowledge, experience, and goals
