As an IT Support Technician for Härnösand Municipality, your main mission is to provide excellent service to residents and guests together with your colleagues. You will work in a team-oriented environment valuing trust, curiosity, and learning, supporting IT operations and digitalization, delivering technical support, and ensuring effective and secure IT infrastructure.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Documented knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office suite
  • At least 2 years experience in delivering IT support in a Microsoft-based IT environment including client software, cloud services, and mobile device support
  • Ability to adapt communication according to user's knowledge level
  • Fluent in Swedish spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Valid B driver's license (manual transmission)
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and IT technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, software, and business systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers
  • Write guides and create FAQs for websites
  • Follow procedures for incident and case management
  • Handle incoming orders and cases
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries (pallets, packages, etc.)
