Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a ServiceNow architect with setup, implementation, development, and configuration within the platform.
  • Expertise in Javascript, HTML, SQL, and ITIL.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Relevant certifications within ServiceNow.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced solutions within ServiceNow.
  • Lead development and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific requirements and needs.
  • Work closely with business departments to understand and translate their operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Conduct technical workshops and provide consultancy to customers.
  • Active participation in agile teams with ability to lead and inspire.
