The role involves designing and implementing advanced ServiceNow solutions, leading platform development and configuration, collaborating with business units, conducting technical workshops, and actively participating in agile teams. The position offers the opportunity to work with Europe's largest ServiceNow team on innovative projects in a dynamic environment.
Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a ServiceNow architect with expertise in setup, implementation, development, and configuration of the platform.
  • Expert knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and ITIL.
  • Experience working in agile teams.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement advanced ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead development and configuration of the platform based on specific requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to understand and translate their operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Lead technical workshops and provide consulting to clients.
  • Participate actively in agile teams, with the ability to lead and inspire team members.
