Servicedeskmedarbetare role in Group IT supporting Sorunda IT through a change journey, providing user service and support via phone and on-site.
Main requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in IT support work
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Experience with Entra ID
- Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Experience working in a large organization undergoing change is meritorious
Responsibilities:
- Handle on- and offboarding processes
- Support and service to users within Sorunda IT (troubleshooting, user administration, access issues)
- Manage and follow up on cases in the ticketing system
- Handle support requests via phone and ticketing system
- Contribute to improving user experience and ensure high quality support
Required hard skills:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft 365
- Entra ID

- Ticketing system management

- Experience in large organizations during change processes
