Senior Support Technician for Infrastructure Assignment

We are seeking a senior support technician for a government agency with a critical societal mission within infrastructure. You will be an important part of the IT support team working with incident management and orders, contributing to maintaining high technical standards and availability.
Main requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT support
  • Education in IT such as NTI high school or KY education, or alternatively at least 5 years of professional experience as support or client technician
  • Excellent knowledge in Active Directory
  • 1 year experience working with incident management systems
  • Ability to work structured and document solutions
  • Experience working according to SLA/OLA
  • Good collaboration skills and service orientation
  • Fluent in Swedish, spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Receive and resolve incidents and orders according to SLA/OLA
  • Act as dispatcher and forward cases to correct groups
  • Install and troubleshoot both hardware and software
  • Handle simple packaging and software distribution
  • Administer user accounts and permissions
  • Document routines and solutions in knowledge database
  • Support internal and external live broadcasts
