Second Line Support Technician

An experienced Second Line Support Technician position in a security-classified company in Göteborg, handling complex issues as a link between second and third line support.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in end-user support, preferably Second Line Extended function
  • Competence in systematic troubleshooting, ITIL methodology and documentation
  • Experience working in Microsoft and/or Linux environments
  • Experience with tools such as Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, SCCM
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, servers, networks, and databases
  • Good oral and written proficiency in Swedish and English
Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve complex support cases using extensive knowledge databases
  • Document solutions and contribute to improving work processes
  • Systematic troubleshooting in Microsoft and Linux environments
  • Work with issue management systems and technologies including Active Directory, Azure, Entra ID, SCCM
  • Provide technical support in confidential defense environments, requiring SK2 classification
  • Collaborate within a team of about 30 people to ensure high-quality support
  • Work on-site in Göteborg with possible travel to Linköping and Stockholm for collaboration
