We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a client based in Sundbyberg. The role involves facilitating agile processes within the SAFe framework, collaborating across multiple teams focusing on various financial factors. The position requires leadership in facilitating ceremonies, coaching product leadership, improving team processes, and ensuring efficient communication and meetings within the train.
Main requirements:
  • At least 8 years of relevant and practical experience in leadership roles within IT development.
  • At least 8 years of experience working with agile methodologies.
  • At least 8 years experience working in large organizations.
  • At least 4 years of experience specifically as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Current practical experience with Confluence and Jira tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate ceremonies within the SAFe framework.
  • Create improvements within the train by facilitating work meetings, workshops, or similar.
  • Ensure effective communication within the train.
  • Ensure that the train holds effective and valuable meetings.
  • Coach product leadership in their roles.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with SAFe agile framework.
  • Proficiency in Confluence and Jira tools.
  • Leadership in large IT development projects.
  • Coaching and facilitation skills suitable for agile teams.
