Release Manager for Service Administration

We are seeking a Release Manager to enable structured application packaging deliveries to our core businesses and internal organization. The role involves managing releases, coordinating orders and schedules, and working closely with teams to ensure smooth IT workplace service delivery.
Main requirements:
  • Certification in ITIL
  • Knowledge of release management
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes
  • Experience in process development
  • Experience leading technicians
  • Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Manage releases for both eKlient and vKlient units Basförvaltning and Arbetsplats
  • Coordinate release planning and scheduling
  • Coordinate and follow up on cases in the case management system
  • Coordinate and follow up on Change and Release cases
  • Coordinate changes in calendars for both eKlient and vKlient
  • Participate and contribute to the development of methods, processes, routines, and services
Required hard skills:
  • ITIL certification
  • Release management knowledge
  • Process development experience
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with Inera's eKlient and/or ServiceNow, Sysman, OverView, DeployKing, WrapperKing
  • Experience delivering solutions for healthcare
  • Good knowledge of core business units and service administration
