The Project Manager will join the Project Management Office team at Sandvik Rock Processing Solutions in Svedala, managing a diverse portfolio of projects related to crushing equipment, including new developments, product improvements, customer-specific, and strategic initiatives globally. The role involves coordinating all aspects of projects to ensure timely, scope-compliant, budget-conscious deliveries aligned with international standards and customer contracts, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across Product Management, R&D, Operations, Sales, and customers worldwide. The position requires occasional international travel.
Main requirements:
- Several years of demonstrated experience in project management and project control
- Solid understanding of project and product management
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field
- Proficient in English, verbal and written
- Organized, thorough and solution oriented, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
- Dependable, trustworthy, and authentic to build strong relationships
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and control all aspects of projects to ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, compliant with standards and contracts
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders globally including Product managers, R&D, Operations, Sales Areas, and Customers
- Manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously
- Support and drive continuous improvement and change initiatives
Required hard skills:

- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
