Lead the Product Generated Data (PGD) Management Program at Volvo Group to transform data governance, tool adoption, and data-driven innovation in automotive R&D.
Main requirements:
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in program management within data-intensive environments such as automotive, R&D, digital, or AI domains.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional, high-impact programs.
  • Deep knowledge in data governance, data product development, or enterprise data strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
  • Systems thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the PGD data management program end-to-end from strategy to execution ensuring value delivery.
  • Translate strategy into actionable workstreams, prioritize initiatives, and set program milestones.
  • Coordinate multiple workstream leads to ensure alignment, progress, and manage dependencies.
  • Drive rollout of PGD governance, catalog, tooling, onboarding, training, and adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and data governance teams.
  • Manage risks, resources, stakeholder communication, and maintain program visibility and momentum.
