Product Manager - Payment Platform

Lead the development and strategy of Qliro's Payment Platform product, managing a cross-functional team and driving the scaling of payment infrastructure across Europe.
Main requirements:
- 3-6 years relevant experience, preferably with high-transaction and high-uptime products
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum
- Experience in fast-moving environments or scaleups
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in financial ecosystem is a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Own and set product roadmap, vision, and KPIs with development team and stakeholders
- Lead a cross-functional development team and implement Scrum way of working
- Be expert of the product, deeply understand customers and product details
- Monitor market and competition closely
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to improve the product
