Lead SAP S/4HANA solution architecture, client engagements, and delivery excellence in transformation programs at Infosys Technologies Sweden AB.
Main requirements:
  • Deep expertise in SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, or technical skills like ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis
  • Hands-on SAP consulting experience
  • Minimum 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations
  • Experience leading teams in SAP projects
  • Exposure to at least two S/4HANA project types: Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid
  • Experience with transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities
  • Proficiency in SAP toolchain usage and administration
  • Valid SAP certification in relevant skill areas
  • Strong client-facing skills, comfortable engaging middle management
  • Ability to build solution proposals and estimate efforts accurately
  • Flexibility, team spirit, results-driven mindset
Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAP solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations and transformation programs
  • Drive client engagements from initial phase through execution for Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid projects
  • Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to define roadmaps, assess readiness, and build transformation strategies
  • Utilize SAP toolchain for implementation, administration, optimization
  • Prepare solution proposals, effort estimations, and contribute to RFP responses
  • Mentor and manage project teams ensuring quality and timelines
  • Represent Infosys professionally in client meetings
  • Stay updated with SAP innovations and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Required hard skills:
  • SAP Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics or Sales functional expertise or SAP ABAP, Integration, Security, Basis technical skills
  • SAP S/4HANA, EWM, TM, Business AI, LeanIX, Signavio, Cloud ALM experience
  • SAP toolchain usage and administration
  • SAP certification
