PLM Management Lead

Lead and manage the administration of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems with a focus on digitalization, efficiency, and technology development within a defense industry company.
Main requirements:
- Academic degree in computer science, systems science, mechanical or electronic engineering or equivalent education with strong interest in business development and IT.
- Experience in manufacturing industry processes, especially design, product development, and model-based working methods.
- Experience with Aras Innovator or other PLM systems and integration with CAD and production-related systems.
- Experience with agile work methods.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Strong personal drive, responsibility, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of PLM-related governance objects centered around Aras Innovator.
- Work closely with end users, process owners, and partners to support and improve processes and systems.
- Plan, follow up, and prioritize issues and incident handling related to PLM and engineering systems.
- Propose new solutions and work methods to optimize IT systems for efficiency, stability, and security.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvement.
- Support the digitalization and efficiency journey of the organization’s critical applications within PLM, CAD, and systems engineering.
Required hard skills:
- PLM system management, preferably Aras Innovator.
- Knowledge of CAD systems and production-related system integration.
- Understanding of manufacturing industry design and product development processes.
- Academic background in IT, systems science, mechanical or electronic engineering.
Recommended hard skills:
