Onsite IT Technician

As an onsite IT technician, you will work independently providing IT support at customer sites. You will assist customers with various IT-related problems and challenges, including installing new computers, unlocking accounts, connecting printers, upgrading software, handling network issues, and troubleshooting computer and printer hardware and software. The role requires flexibility and service-mindedness, offering a varied and developing position for those passionate about technology and delivering first-class service.
