An Onboarding Specialist role focused on helping restaurants successfully implement and use Qopla's digital solutions including smart cash registers and online ordering systems.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, onboarding, or technical support, preferably in SaaS, foodtech, or payment solutions.
  • Technical understanding and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong communication and teaching skills to translate technology into clear guidance.
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach with proactiveness.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and confidence with customers.
  • Experience in restaurant industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide new restaurant partners through a thorough onboarding process.
  • Customize and configure systems including menu building, payment flow setup, and optimization of settings.
  • Install and test hardware such as cash registers, screens, and receipt printers, both remotely and onsite when needed.
  • Train and support customers individually and through manuals and guides.
  • Follow up and ensure client success by being available for questions and support.
Required hard skills:
  • Technical proficiency in system configuration and hardware installation.
  • Customer support and training.
  • Experience with SaaS or digital platforms for restaurants or food service.
  • Ability to manage and multitask on several client projects simultaneously.
