Master Data Lead Architect

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ITAB's master data management on a global scale, ensuring integration with business systems and delivering high data quality and governance.
Main requirements:
  • Strong experience in Master Data Management within a global organization
  • Experience with MDM platforms
  • Expertise in data modeling, data architecture, data integration and governance
  • Proven ability to develop and implement data governance frameworks
  • Good understanding of system integration between MDM, ERP, CRM and other business systems
  • Experience managing data governance and quality assurance in large organizations
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of Swedish
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead ITAB's master data architecture focusing on the MDM platform
  • Design and optimize data architecture for efficient and future-proof solutions
  • Ensure high data quality and governance through standardized processes and guidelines
  • Drive and optimize system integrations between MDM and other business systems (ERP, CRM, CPQ)
  • Support strategic business development through data-driven insights and improved information management
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and implement effective master data solutions
  • Act as function leader, advisor and trainer within MDM to strengthen organizational understanding and use of master data
