  • 5+ years professional experience in machine learning engineering
  • 5+ years Python development experience

  • Experience with MLOps on at least 3 projects (minimum 3 years)
  • 1+ year experience in AI application development and coding
  • 2+ years proven experience in stakeholder management
  • Strong interest in generative and agentic AI development
Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ML engineering pipelines using Python and MLOps tools
  • Develop and maintain applications using LangChain framework
  • Work on AI coding including LLM prompt engineering and model fine-tuning
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and platform engineers to deliver scalable AI solutions
  • Manage deployments and workflows across multiple projects
  • Drive AI/ML initiatives and contribute to long-term architecture planning
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate technical concepts effectively across teams
