We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop a multi-brand vision camera platform for automotive applications. The role involves working in an agile team to develop embedded Linux software focused on camera-based image processing pipelines and video streaming protocols.
Main requirements:
  • Work in agile team environment
  • Strong expertise in IP camera technologies and video streaming protocols
  • Proven embedded software development experience on Linux
  • Strong background in video processing and pipeline architecture
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain embedded software for vision camera systems
  • Implement Ethernet communication protocols for IP cameras
  • Design networking features like DHCP, VLAN, ipconfig, multicast/unicast for embedded Linux applications
  • Manage video streaming protocols such as SOME/IP, RTP, and RTSP
  • Implement and optimize video processing pipelines including H.264 encoding and decoding
  • Handle synchronization and multiple video feed streaming
Required hard skills:
  • Embedded software development on Linux
  • Knowledge of IP camera technologies
  • Expertise in video streaming protocols (SOME/IP, RTP, RTSP)
  • Video processing and pipeline architecture
