Main requirements:
  • Completed secondary education

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries via functional mailboxes
  • Support contractors working in fiber networks with support cases
  • Assist technicians with information and ensure quality in support systems
  • Document cases and update registers
  • Provide technical support to users and solve technical issues via phone or email
  • Perform troubleshooting and guide users through problem-solving steps
  • Update and maintain knowledge databases to facilitate support work
