Main requirements:
- Education in IT/technology or 1–2 years practical experience in IT support or similar.
- Interest in technology, problem-solving, and helping others.
- Communicative and service-oriented - able to explain technology simply.
- Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networks.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of computers, printers, phones, and other equipment; ensuring network connectivity.
- Troubleshooting and user support both onsite and via remote support.
- Updating devices with appropriate software and security patches following company IT security routines.
- Providing friendly, clear technical support and guidance to users.
- Documenting installations, equipment, and support cases for IT environment tracking.
- Active participation in improvement efforts and growing responsibility over time.
