A friendly helpdesk focused on first-line support in Malmö is looking for a colleague. The daily work involves helpfulness and teamwork, combined with varying pace. Successful candidates should be communicative, solution-oriented, and driven, with a genuine interest in IT and technology. Prior IT education is likely, and experience in 1st line support is a plus. Knowledge in Active Directory, Windows 7/10, Basic Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Troubleshooting, Ticket Handling, and Mobile Devices is desirable. Good customer contact, analytical skills, accuracy, and structured working are essential.
Main requirements:
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows Server
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Troubleshooting skills
