Join Försäkringskassan, one of Sweden's largest IT departments, responsible for processing approximately 20 million decisions annually affecting people's lives and managing around SEK 250 billion. We use the latest technology to simplify, improve, develop, and deliver IT services for the Swedish social insurance system.
Main requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience and qualifications.
- Documented experience in Java or C++ development.
- Takes initiative and responsibility to achieve good results.
- Effective collaboration with others to reach common goals.
- Systematic and meticulous work approach.
- Ability to understand and analyze complex issues.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish.
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language, spoken and written.
Responsibilities:
- Develop both frontend and backend in Java throughout the process from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and maintenance.
- Contribute to creating software architecture for scalable infrastructure using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Ensure secure handling of confidential information in compliance with Försäkringskassan security guidelines.
