We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented IT technician for our client, a government agency in Sundbyberg with a crucial mission in the energy sector. Their work ensures stable and secure electricity supply nationwide. The organization is in an expansion phase with high demands on digitalization, IT security, and accessibility, requiring robust technical solutions and internal support. As an IT technician, you will provide first-class IT support, handle incoming cases, troubleshoot hardware and software, and offer technical assistance during livestreaming and digital events. You will be part of a professional, responsible, and development-focused team in a meaningful environment contributing to society.
Main requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT support or service desk roles
- Experience with Windows environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience providing technical support for livestreaming and digital events
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class IT support to users
- Manage incoming incidents using the ticketing system ensuring correct classification and prioritization
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLA/OLA
- Dispatch incidents to appropriate support levels or specialist groups as needed
- Install and troubleshoot hardware and software
- Package and deploy software
- Contribute to team training and knowledge transfer
- Provide technical support for livestreaming and digital events, ensuring correct setup and testing of equipment such as microphones, cameras, and presentation tools
