Main requirements:
- Relevant secondary education
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Technician
- Knowledge of issue tracking systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalents
- Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
