Main requirements:
  • Relevant secondary education
  • At least 2 years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Knowledge of issue tracking systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalents
  • Very good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
