IT Technician in Factory Support for a Company in the Defense Sector

Work with advanced IT support in a high-tech environment and help build a new support function at our customer in Linköping. The role involves working primarily on-site in a 24/7 operation with possible shift work and occasional travel.
Main requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience in end-user support
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
  • Experience with networks, databases, and storage solutions
  • Experience working with ticketing systems
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Strong support focus and enjoys working in a team
Responsibilities:
  • Systematic troubleshooting and ticket management
  • Providing support in Infrastructure, Server environments (Windows/Linux), Database, Network and Storage
  • Participate in setup and operation of a new support structure
  • Documentation and knowledge transfer
  • Participation in shift work (including 3-shift rotation)
