Main requirements:
  • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent work experience considered relevant by the employer
  • Experience in service or other relevant work experience
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing in Swedish
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing in English
  • Good computer skills
Responsibilities:
  • Independently perform troubleshooting and fault resolution
  • Guide and support employees primarily via phone and ticketing system
  • Monitor, filter, and handle alarms related to clients with electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide quality and efficient user support
  • Contribute to improving work methods and processes
  • Administer user permissions and orders
Required hard skills:
  • Computer proficiency
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English
Recommended hard skills:
  • Upper secondary education focused on technology
  • Experience working within the Prison and Probation core operations
  • Experience in technical IT support
  • Experience in administrative work
