IT Technician for the Preschool Administration

Join the IT and Digitalization unit as an IT Technician in a centralized organization supporting around 200 preschools and 5,000 employees with IT service, support, and projects. The role focuses on troubleshooting, service, and user support across devices and systems, with involvement in projects like mobile exchanges and system implementations.
Main requirements:
- Post-secondary education in IT
- At least two years of practical IT work experience
- Experience in IT support
- Proficient Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- B driving license
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical and digital IT support for devices like mobile phones, computers, projectors, and other IT equipment
- Administer mobile subscriptions
- Process equipment orders
- Inventory ordered equipment
- Manage MDM via Microsoft Azure, Lightspeed, Apple School Manager related to administration's telephony
- Participate in IT and digitalization projects
- Provide hands-on IT leadership and support at preschools for system transitions and implementations
Required hard skills:
- IT troubleshooting and problem solving
- IT support operations
- Mobile device management (MDM) with Microsoft Azure, Lightspeed, Apple School Manager
- Experience with AV equipment and incident management
Recommended hard skills:
- Experience working centrally in a large centralized IT support organization
- Experience with migration projects and system implementation
