IT Systems Engineer

We are seeking several IT Systems Engineers for our client in Helsingborg with specializations in cybersecurity, requirements management, and architecture. This security-classified assignment requires security clearance and Swedish citizenship. As a Systems Engineer, you will transform technical concepts into innovative and sustainable solutions, working within the Solution team to develop and deliver complete IT solutions tailored to client needs. You will participate throughout project lifecycles, collaborating with internal teams and external clients to realize system architecture in complex and demanding environments.
Main requirements:
  • Experience as a systems engineer with knowledge in requirements management and system lifecycle processes (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288)
  • Education in computer science, technical education, mechatronics, electronics engineering, or system development focused on hardware, or equivalent practical experience (e.g., machine deployment or IT infrastructure/networking)
  • Experience in client contact and working in projects and project teams
  • Team player with curiosity, initiative, and business orientation focused on innovation
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Swedish citizenship and approved security clearance due to security-classified assignment
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop multi-level system architectures ensuring scalable and robust solutions, focusing on IT hardware
  • Recommend and implement technical solutions for internal and external clients
  • Develop project models, governing documents, system descriptions, and other documentation supporting development work
  • Capture and document requirements and establish and manage requirement bases
  • Work broadly on varying tasks from requirements analysis and technical specification to client dialogue and documentation review
  • Support internal teams in hardware and software development to ensure systems meet requirements and expectations
  • Maintain and further develop the company’s Systems Engineering framework and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation
