Responsibilities:
- Resolve incoming support cases prioritizing customer service and security
- Handle orders such as permissions and accounts
- Coordinate and communicate solutions developed in collaboration with customer system and technical managers internally and vendors
- Continuously contribute to improve daily and long-term work and take responsibility for own development
- Contribute competence to the team
- Collaborate with customers and vendors
