We are looking for a service-oriented problem solver with a passion for IT and people to join as an IT Support Technician and be a key player in an engaged support team.
Main requirements:
- Previous experience in user support, customer service or IT support
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow or similar incident management systems
- Communicative, meticulous and solution-oriented
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Bonus if you have experience from retail
Responsibilities:
- Provide support via phone, email, portal and chat
- Troubleshoot, guide and resolve incidents
- Contribute to process development and team growth
