Experienced IT Service Desk Technician focused on user support and digital development, providing professional service and support to users within a changing and digitally developing environment.
Main requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support work
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Experience with Entra ID
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding of users
  • Provide support and service to users via phone and on-site
  • Troubleshooting, user administration, and permission management
  • Register, handle, and follow up on cases in the issue management system
  • Contribute to improvements of the user experience and ensure high quality in support
