IT Infrastructure Technician

Trollhättan Energi is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to develop, operate, manage, and improve their IT environment. The role involves managing firewalls, servers, switches, networks, and backup solutions to ensure a stable, secure, and accessible IT infrastructure. The technician will also monitor, troubleshoot, document systems, ensure compliance with security requirements such as NIS2 legislation, and enhance digital development in IT and OT.
Main requirements:
- Relevant academic education in IT or equivalent competence
- Experience in operation and management of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of networks, firewalls, servers, and backup solutions
- Passion for security and digitalization
- Valid driver's license (B)
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain networks, servers, and security solutions
- Design and implement new infrastructure solutions
- Manage backup and recovery routines
- Troubleshoot and monitor systems
- Documentation and writing procedures
- Ensure high level of security
- Collaborate with other departments to improve IT and OT environments
Required hard skills:
