We are looking for a curious and solution-oriented IT Generalist who enjoys multitasking and working broadly within IT. This role involves key responsibilities in IT operations and support, including managing servers, storage, networks, client handling, and Microsoft 365. The candidate should be proactive, responsible, and a central coordinator in IT activities.
Main requirements:
  • Experience in similar IT operations or support roles
  • Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and client management
  • Some experience with networking and storage solutions
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities:
  • Handle diverse IT tasks including servers, storage, networking, client management, and Microsoft 365
  • Provide IT support to colleagues and users
