As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing facility operations and managing service partnerships to ensure smooth and sustainable operations across maintenance and services.
Main requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in heavy industry maintenance
- Experience with service contracts, procurement and matrix organizations
- Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, IATF 16949)
- Proficient in maintenance processes and digital office tools
- Strong English communication skills; Swedish is a plus
- Role model for safety culture
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize service agreements for building maintenance, emergency generators, cleaning, elevators, lighting, etc.
- Drive procurement strategies and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards
- Act as primary contact for service partners, resolving issues and fostering collaboration
- Champion sustainable and cost-effective infrastructure maintenance solutions
- Monitor service quality, provide stakeholder training and maintain documentation for accountability
