The Cyber Defence Command Operational Department at the Swedish Armed Forces is seeking an Incident Leader to lead incident handling within the armed forces' IT systems. Main requirements:
  • Relevant natural science or technical academic degree
  • Several years of relevant work experience post-degree
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

  • Project leadership skills and enjoys leading projects
  • High learning capacity and regularly updates knowledge within the field

Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident handling for the Swedish Armed Forces IT systems
  • Work internally with data from internal and external analysts, national and international information flows
  • Participate in the strategic development of the cyber defence
Required hard skills:
  • Relevant academic degree in natural science or technology
  • Experience in incident management or leading incident management
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience from work in the Swedish Armed Forces, preferably military strategic level, service branch staff, or command units
  • Good technical understanding of IT systems and data communications
  • Knowledge of architecture and security requirements of IT systems
