Main requirements:
  • Several years of experience in system-related work connected to service and maintenance.
  • Experience with IFS or similar systems such as Maximo, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Pyramid or M3.
  • Capable of understanding customer needs and delivering effective, sustainable solutions.
  • Enjoys collaborating, learning new things, and working in a solution-oriented manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that improve their daily operations.
  • Implement new system solutions and help customers with continuous improvements in existing systems.
  • Assist customers in taking steps towards more efficient and sustainable business processes.
Required hard skills:
  • Experience with IFS system products in Service & Asset management.
  • Knowledge of service and maintenance systems and processes.
Recommended hard skills:
  • Experience with related enterprise systems like Maximo, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Pyramid, or M3.
  • Experience as a system super user, process owner, or system owner.
